Q. Which control panel do you use?
A. We use CPanel and Direct Admin. You can choose which control panel you prefer before signing up with us.
Q. Where do I go to login to my control panel?
- A. If you are hosted on a Direct Admin server, go to http://yourdomain.com:2222
- A. If you are hosted on a CPanel server, go to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel.
- A. For CPanel resellers, go to http://yourdomain.com/whm.
Please note that if your domain has not propagated to us, this will not work and you may have to contact us for assistance.
Q. Do you have Fantastico (automatic script installer)?
A. We use Softaculous and QuickInstall for our CPanel servers, and Installatron for our DirectAdmin servers. In fact, we beleive these are better than Fantastico as they have more features and can install more scripts!
