We will be migrating the network for the server DA-HK1 from our older copper line to our new fiber connected back bone. As a result of the network move, the server's IPs will need to be changed.
This will affect all acconts on the 202.64.188.0/24 subnet.
Accounts on this server with domain using the default name servers, DNS1.HOSTHONGKONG.COM and DNS2.HOSTHONGKONG.COM, neen not take any action. Actual server downtime will be for just a few minutes with DNS resolver typically not lasting longer than 30 minutes.
If you are hosted on this account and your domain is useing an external DNS server, or have a private DNS, you will need to update your name servers in order to avoid downtime. Please contact us if you are unsure, or require assistance with this.
