Technical and billing support is offered to existing clients only. To submit a ticket, please login to your client area and select the relevant department you wish to contact.
Alternatively, you may E-Mail tech@hosthongkong.net for technical support, and billing@hosthongkong.net for billing enquires directly using your registered E-Mail address. E-Mails from non-registered addresses will not be received. If you are unsure, it is advised you submit a ticket directly through the billing area.
