Following the hardware failure with VPS Node C029, a new node has been setup and VMs created.
All affected users should now have a new working VPS now, running on the new node.

Regretabbly, the VPS Node C029 has experienced a hard drive failure. As a result, all NAT on the node will need to be recreated on a new node. Despite the ongoing DDoS attack, steps have been taken to mitigate the attack even through our Premium Routes.
Network performance, both in terms of latency and throughput, should largely be back to normal now for the affected subnet.
At aproximately 21:30 on October 23rd, a DDoS was detected. Host Hong Kong has taken steps to mitigate the effects of the attack. Shared hosting CPanel server CPHK3 has been shut down for urgent maintenance.
We at HostHK have decided to adopt a new design for our client area / billing system. The new interface is 'bigger' and more streamlined, with the objective of making it easier to navigate and use our system, and manage bills/invoices/services from a single interface.
As of September 3rd 2017, Host Hong Kong will no longer be processing Credit Card payments via 2Checkout. Payment via Credit Card is still possible via Stripe, Paypal and Skrill.
